ok so echoes are 20% of the original damage, but berserker's echo and spartan's echo and supplementary's echo are all separate ones

no there is mastery for basic sigils(atk/hp/stun/crit), attack sigils (supplementary damage, war element etc) and defence/utility

supplementary damage is the hard one because you need 45 levels for it; if you're having trouble building it you can just run spartan and berserker and you'd only doing 20% less

i honestly feel like uplift isn't really needed... any part that requires SB chain in fights, your team will already have sb ready... uplift just allows u to start chain...

uplift is sort of like the butter; you don't need it until you do and fall off from the rest. it's just probably decent to have it unless you only run with a stable team
