Hmm, I was always told if you stretch right you shouldn't have muscle pain. My PT would help me stretch at the end and i never had muscle pain with him. And on my own it helped a lot

It takes those 3 hours a day to be full size body builder or bulging. If you're just doing good stamina it doesn't take nearly that long
