The main thing is you need to build up those good sleep habits and start believing you CAN sleep well. Tell yourself that. When you get confident you can sleep well, it gets rid of the anxiety

Do you use any caffeine or simulants before bed? That could also be a contributing issue. Don't have coffee or soda before bed. I know because I've done it before and it's bad.
