ADHD diagnosis is useful because there is medication to treat the unhelpful aspects. Autism has no treatment AFAIK but it can help you find a therapist that gets you and connect w other Autistic ppl

I kinda get the impression that the market for chill cozy streamers is highly saturated. It's a great way to build a lovely community, but I think as far as financial success goes, it's rougher
