You can get an aftermarket cluster that can toggle the displays between KM/Mi but I don't know if it's worth that much to you to bother with it. They're like $300 new, plus installation.

To convert between miles and kilometers divide the miles by 5 then multiply it by 8, this'll cover your average car speeds, becuase the 8.025 doesn't matter till you break into the hundreds

@TardWrangler21 That's a difference of about 2 to 3 degrees celcius, that's also a usable range. It's just depends on how you're used to thinking.
