REAL ANSWER: the gpu is reading the maps + textures based on how overwatch loads them while you're in lobby, and OBS along with the gpu is trying to sync up and catch up hence the frame skipping

REAL ANSWER: people normally dont say to dust your pc bc of how often the avg person replaces it, but a hotter pc performs a lot worse than a cold one and actually has a higher risk of crashing
