you can get the meat from doing the cave just northwest of the main city. its like level 8 though so make sure you run into the mobs to make sure you start the fight for the loot

you can get teh worm meat from two caves easily, ones just north west of the main town, really low level. its low level as heck. the other is in the desert at level 28
