one time in the dessert, i was driving to a campsite and i didnt realize i had my high beams on for miles. and i have the bright white LED lights on my car lol

Apparently they're actually trying to put laws into affect to force car manufacturers to make sure the headlights are adjusted to an angle that won't blind people
