Houses behind the palisades can make the walls harder to break, and they're good spots to do it. Good to stop early pressure if you are fully walled.

if you want to build farms fast. select vills. select the build farm. hold shift and just press left klick without moving. the farms will "search" for the nearest place to get placed.
